Create/Develop Online Course for training/onboarding Crisis Telephone Hotline Volunteers

We're an all volunteer run not-for-profit crisis hotline that's been around since 1969 - who's going through some serious staffing challenges, and need to re-invent our recruiting, training, and onboarding model for the post pandemic age. We have been doing synchronous face-2-face training 2-3 times per year for over 50 years and need to move to an 24/7 on-demand drip pipeline model given our organization's current staffing level and resources. We're looking for a dedicated, responsible, creative instructional designer/developer to help us in our time of need.

Project Title:

including:
- Creating Course Learning Outcomes
- Creating Original Content (text, image, animation, video)
- Developing Assessments (test, quizzes, activities, reflections)
- Course design/development/HTML templates
- Locate and Integrate 3rd party content when necessary
