JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Country HR Manager to lead our people strategy and operations in the Philippines. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the country´s business goals and objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent needs acrossall departments.
- Stay up-to-date on Philippine labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices and policies are compliant.
- Lead change management initiatives related to HR processes and procedures.

Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from attracting and sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement programs to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Design and administer performance management systems to drive employee development and motivation.

Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Advise management on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular HR audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and equal opportunity.

HR Operations & Administration:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Build and lead a highly motivated and professional HR team.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in a multinational corporation operating in the Philippines.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Fluency in English is a must.
