JOB OVERVIEW

Stability, growth, and excitement are at your fingertips. I’m seeking a virtual assistant to help take my personal brand to the next level. I’m looking for someone who enjoys social media and interacting with others. Why? The mission of growing with me is to help as many people as possible buy back their time so they can earn more and work less.

This means that we place value on other people’s time above all else. My target audience is busy and overwhelmed business owners who have just entered the growth stage. This means they started their company with nothing but time and no money. But now they have seen financial success. So they have plenty of money but no time.

These people are in desperate need of our help. And the more of them we reach, the more we can help.

Here’s where you come in:

I utilize LinkedIn to connect with business owners and help them buy back their time. To connect with more people, we must engage with their content and send them friendly and helpful messages.

The main responsibilities of this position are as follows:
1. Commenting on 12 “big players” profiles on LinkedIn at set hours every day.
2. Commenting 80+ times per day on other creators’ LinkedIn posts.
3. Responding to those who comment on my daily posts.
4. Responding to direct messages on LinkedIn and notifying me of people who fit my target audience.
5. Following a step-by-step protocol to post blog content on my company’s website.

To do this, you need to have:
1. An elite understanding and wielding ability of the English language
2. An upbeat attitude, always looking to be helpful and providing value
3. 100% honesty and transparency. We care about improving, not perfection.
4. Attention to detail. For instance, you’ll give me your coffee order for me to review your application.
5. Advanced understanding of the LinkedIn platform
6. Advanced understanding of short-form copywriting
7. Basic understanding of blog publishing
8. Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO) a plus

Your work schedule will be:

This position is for 5 hours per day (more available). You will be expected to work from the hours of 7:30 AM (Eastern Standard Time) to 12:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time). These hours are not flexible. If you desire more than 5 hours, please apply. There is opportunity for more work that is flexible outside of this 5-hour window.

I observe the following holidays:
-New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
-Fourth of July
-Labor Day
-Thanksgiving Day and the day after
-Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

You will have 2 vacation days upon one month of working together. After 6 months of working together, you get another 4. These vacation days will need to be requested in advance by 2 weeks. If we are still working together in 1 year, you will get 12 vacation days to start the year.

My full-time job is as a partner of a Top 100 digital marketing company in the USA. Each of my employees has a personalized roadmap to make sure they not only help the company but have 100% clarity on where they are headed, what they’re working towards, and how much they’ll make doing it.

I had terrible bosses in my younger years. I’ve spent my management career doing the opposite. Each of my employees has told me I’m the best boss they’ve had.
