JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our marketing team. The CRO Specialist will be responsible for analyzing website and digital marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, A/B testing, and user experience optimization, along with a proven track record of improving conversion rates across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive audits of website and digital marketing assets to identify conversion rate optimization opportunities.
Analyze user behavior data, including website traffic, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversion funnels, to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout processes, and other key conversion points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and development, to implement CRO strategies and initiatives.
Use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely to track, measure, and report on the performance of CRO experiments.
Conduct user research, including surveys, usability testing, and customer feedback analysis, to gain insights into user preferences and behaviors.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in conversion rate optimization, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics.
Monitor and analyze competitor websites and digital marketing campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Develop and maintain a CRO roadmap and testing calendar, prioritizing initiatives based on potential impact and resource requirements.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to drive buy-in and support for CRO initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving measurable business results through CRO strategies and initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely.
Experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
