**Job Title: Contract Administrator**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining contracts, proposals, and communications with various engineers, owners, and entities. The Contract Administrator will work closely with Studio Managers and accountants to ensure the smooth execution of projects, from proposal development to contract completion. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and complete proposal templates by soliciting proposals from various engineers.
- Address proposals to owners and entities, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Verify scopes of work in proposals to align with project requirements.
- Collaborate with Studio Managers to develop and refine fee schedules for projects.
- Maintain organized records of all contracts, proposals, and related documents.
- Follow up on past proposals and maintain a tracking system for proposal statuses.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Assist in contract negotiations and revisions as needed.
- Prepare and maintain contract-related documentation, including change orders and amendments.
- Stay up-to-date with contract regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate contract administration processes.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with Studio Managers and external partners.
- Knowledge of contract laws and regulations is a plus.
- Previous experience in the engineering or architecture industry is advantageous.
