Content Specialist & Call Transcriber

Are you a creative and talented content writer but like a little break from thinking too hard all day? We have just the job position for you!

We need someone with excellent English - spoken, understood, and written - to proofread articles, blogs, webpages, and more as well as listen to client calls and record the details into our spreadsheets. Additionally, we need this person to have the capability of writing in English with proper grammar and semantics for articles, blogs, social media posts, and other tasks upon request. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is consistent, reliable, able to learn quickly, has the ability to problem-solve, and grow from mistakes. We prefer someone with experience in other admin duties, call transcription, data entry, SEO, website development, client relations, social media design, or other related fields since we like to give teaUpgrade to see actual infombers a chance for advancement in the company and expand into other roles if possible.

The position on our team will be 40 hrs/week, so please DO NOT APPLY to this job posting if you are not available to join our team for 40 hrs/week commitment. Working hours are a little bit flexible but must be between 6am-6pm EST in the U.S.

Starting pay is $4.00/hr to start, and as your performance showcases your talent, you can earn raises and promotions.
