If so, please apply for the strategic and creative Content Repurposing Marketing Specialist role.

Work for a parenting coaching business dedicated to empowering parents of children ages 4-14. As a vital member of our team, you will have the autonomy to leverage your expertise and preferred methods to build online audiences and help make a real difference in the lives of families.

Responsibilities

TRANSFORM EXISTING VIDEO CONTENT: Take ownership of repurposing coaching videos and podcast interviews into engaging content across various social media platforms in the video format, length & style tailored for each platform. Platforms include YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, & Facebook.
VIDEO EDITING: Edit coaching video content for clients and optimize marketing content with things like closed captioning, transitions, and creating b-roll photos with AI.
VIDEO TRANSCRIPTION: Ensure accuracy of AI-generated video transcriptions.
DEVELOP WRITTEN CONTENT: Utilize video transcripts to create compelling written materials, such as email newsletters, quotes for social media posts, blog articles, and LinkedIn articles, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging.
VIDEO LIBRARY MANAGEMENT: Organize and maintain the company’s video library to ensure content is properly categorized and easily accessible.
PROCESS DOCUMENTATION: Establish and maintain a SOP library by documenting processes relevant to your job responsibilities and update as workflows improve.
SOCIAL MARKETING: Assist marketing team in implementing social media strategies, such as posting content or researching hooks & hashtags.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT: Maintain engagement with our >Facebook community by welcoming new members, moderating discussions, engaging with members, and upholding group guidelines.

Benefits

HOURS: 20 hours per week with the potential to transition to full-time within 3-6 months. Exact number of hours may vary slightly from week to week.
COMPENSATION: 18,000-22,000 PHP/month depending on experience
