Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to iterate and improve content strategies continuously.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media marketing.
Requirements:

Proven experience in content creation and social media marketing, preferably in a similar managerial role.
Strong creative thinking and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to inform content decisions.
