Content Manager + Virtual Assistant

Hi there! I am a business owner and content creator looking for some part-time support. I am looking a rockstar who can help me stay organized and tackle many of my day-to-day tasks and projects.

This person is a super ninja at Canva and has loads of experience in client-facing communications.

A few of the most immediate tasks I need help with:

- [ ] Help me create a personal website using a template in Squarespace
- [ ] Help me optimize pages, SEO, and content that lives on the site

- [ ] Monitor LinkedIn inboxes
- [ ] Mention that this is an EA and any messages can be sent to my inbox

- [ ] Monitor Email inbox
- [ ] Notify me is something is time-sensitive
- [ ] Create auto-response that this inbox is being monitored by my EA
- [ ] Weekly responses
- [ ] Will respond for urgent matters
- [ ] Draft emails and correspondence to clients (on-request)

- [ ] Manage Content Production Calendar
- [ ] Jeanine to write and create posts
- [ ] EA to develop publication schedule and keep us on-task
- [ ] Edit and proofread Jeanine posts (first-pass) | I will have final approval

- [ ] Manage Content Engine
- [ ] Design graphics for frameworks in Canva
- [ ] Ensure 1-2 posts going out daily
- [ ] EA to start scheduling week in advance

- [ ] GrowthMode Newsletter Campaign
- [ ] Create consistent template
- [ ] Create monthly scheduling calendar
- [ ] Create graphics for corresponding content
- [ ] Charts
- [ ] Frameworks
- [ ] Visualizations

- [ ] Help ideate on ways to promote the newsletter

- [ ] Office Hours
- [ ] Create graphics for Monthly Office Hours
- [ ] Create luma page and optimize for me to review

I am looking to build with this person long-term and increase hours as we increase our workload.
