Content Manager (Video)

About the company:
The company is a dynamic and innovative direct-to-consumer (DTC) company specializing in Backpacks. Committed to delivering high-quality, functional, and stylish products, we are seeking a dedicated Content Manager with 12+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing content production teams, a strong understanding of short-form video production and editing, and the ability to execute impactful content strategies.

Responsibilities:
Team Management: Directly manage and lead the content production team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure professional growth and achievement of departmental goals.
Airtable Expertise: Utilize proficiency in Airtable to streamline content production workflows, ensuring efficient collaboration and organization within the team.
Content Calendar Oversight: Oversee the development and maintenance of the content calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate content seamlessly into overarching campaigns.
Content Strategy Execution: Lead the execution of the content strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's messaging, values, and goals. Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to produce engaging and effective content across various channels.
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all content meets brand standards, resonates with the target audience, and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Additional Requirements:
Strong Tenacity and Accountability: Possess a proactive and accountable approach to work, driving projects forward with determination and ensuring deadlines are met consistently.
Video Production and Editing Expertise: Showcase a strong understanding of video production and editing, contributing to the creation of compelling visual content.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
12+ years of experience in content management, with a focus on team leadership.
Proficiency in Airtable for effective project management and collaboration.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM ET
