JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

High-Level Objective: The Content Growth Manager will lead the strategic repurposing of webinars to enhance visibility within the federal employee retirement market. The primary aim is to boost lead generation and appointments schedule
Specific Responsibilities:

1. Repurposing Webinars:
-Transform webinars into shorter clips tailored for YouTube, social media platforms, email campaigns, and video blogs on the company website.
-Develop highlight reels to showcase to government agencies, enticing them to book webinars and seminars with the company.

2. Content Creation:
-Design captivating intros and outros for YouTube videos and webinars to enhance viewer engagement.
-Produce compelling ebooks and guides for download as part of opt-in strategies.
-Develop and maintain landing pages with optimized opt-in forms to capture leads effectively.

3. Content Optimization:
-Transcribe webinars and leverage the content to improve and optimize the company website for enhanced SEO performance.
-Utilize Q&A sessions from webinars to create FAQ sections, SEO content, and blog posts to drive organic traffic.

4. Future Initiatives:
-Strategize and implement an On-Demand Gated Knowledge Base for users seeking in-depth information.
-Continuously improve existing slide decks and create new ones for upcoming webinars to ensure high-quality presentations.
-Platform Management:
-Oversee and manage company YouTube channels and social media pages to maintain a consistent brand presence and engage with the audience effectively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have a working knowledge of HubSpot
-Proven experience in content creation, preferably within B2B or financial services sectors.
-Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
-Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
-Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative content strategies.
-Familiarity with federal employee retirement benefits or related fields is a plus.
