Content Developer (e-learning materials) - Permanent WFH

Responsibilities

Curriculum Design: Develop engaging and effective online learning content using Articulate Rise, aligning with organizational learning objectives.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and curate content including text, images, videos, and interactive elements to create dynamic e-learning modules.
Multimedia Integration: Incorporate multimedia elements such as audio, video, and animations to enhance the learning experience.
Assessment Development: Design and implement assessments, quizzes, and interactive exercises to evaluate learner comprehension and retention.
Interactive Activities: Develop interactive elements like simulations, scenarios, and branching scenarios to facilitate hands-on learning experiences.
Visual Design: Ensure the visual elements, including layout, fonts, and colors, are cohesive and visually appealing to enhance learner engagement.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to identify and resolve any technical or content-related issues before deployment.

Requirements

Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to develop high-quality e-learning content that aligns with learning objectives and instructional strategies.
Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and resources using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline etc.)
Create multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience.
Conduct needs assessments and audience analysis to ensure content is tailored to the target audience's needs and preferences.
Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centered content that promotes active engagement and knowledge retention.
Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established style guides and standards.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-learning and instructional design.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in e-learning content development or instructional design, with proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experienced in Articulate Rise 360
