Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Social Media Drip Campaign
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to manage and execute a social media drip campaign for the newly released book "Building Success: A Toolbox For Coming Out On Top." The ideal candidate will be instrumental in increasing book visibility and engagement through targeted social media strategies.

Responsibilities:
Read the book provided
Develop and manage a comprehensive social media drip campaign, including scheduling and posting content such as chapter titles, key passages, and promotional material.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to track engagement rates and feedback, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with the author and marketing team to align social media activities with overall promotional goals.
Create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Research and stay updated on the latest social media trends to ensure the campaign remains relevant and effective.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok).
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone to fit the author's voice and book themes.
Experience in digital marketing and social media analytics.
Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role with a focus on digital content management.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Background or interest in literature, particularly non-fiction and self-help genres, is preferred.
Additional Information:
This is a remote position with flexible hours, but some overlap with the EST time zone is preferred for timely communication.
The initial contract will be for hourly for 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
