* Use AI tools for draft content. Refine it to align with the brand, incorporating keyword and market insights (Semrush).
* Develop content templates for efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Excellent editing, strong brand identity understanding, and content strategy experience.

2. Designer & Illustrator (Critical Role)
* Create graphics and layouts to complement the content, focusing on user experience; you can also download and edit from an online platform.
* Plus, if you know Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, you are creative and have web design experience.

3. WordPress Developer
* Implement and optimize web pages in WordPress. Handle layout adjustments and troubleshooting.
* Expert in WordPress, web development basics, and independent problem-solving.
Team Communication: Slack
Compensation: Overall, it depends on the skill set and can improve with time. For now, $4/h, 4-5 hours/day, 3-4 days weekly, at the Upgrade to see actual infont, part-time if he works long-term with bonuses.
