Construction Estimator

A potential construction estimator must have
1) CAD training and experience
2) Familiar with reading blueprints
3) Familiar with construction documents
4) Comfortable using spreadsheets.

You must be computer literate with email, Skype and word processing.

We will train you to do quantity takeoffs. Take construction documents we provide and determine the quantity of siding and accessories on the building and put the quantity on a spreadsheet and post it to us.

Please address each of the four skills above and describe your experience in each of the four areas. Failure to complete this step will result in your application not being considered.

Applications will be screened against those 4 skills.

Successful applicants will be invited to participate in an exercise that will allow you to demonstrate your skills.

The exercise will be followed up by an in person Skype interview.

Successful applicants will be expected to work the same hours as our company 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Yes we will pay the 13th Month.

The successful candidate will be trained in our methods of doing business.
