Concierge & Personal Shopper

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Concierge and Personal Shopper. As a Concierge and Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and personalized assistance to our esteemed clientele.


Responsibilities:


Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized assistance to clients, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries, reservations, recommendations, and any other requests they may have.
Offer expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of products and services, including fashion, luxury goods, dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
Conduct thorough research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, brands, and offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, including personal shopping sessions, private viewings, and exclusive events, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for clients.
Assist clients with product selection, fitting, and styling, providing expert advice on fashion trends, suitability, and coordinating outfits.
Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers, boutiques, and luxury brands to secure exclusive offers, discounts, and access to limited-edition items for clients.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner, striving to exceed expectations and build long-term relationships.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client preferences, sizes, purchase history, and special occasions to personalize future experiences and offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of promotional materials, newsletters, and social media content related to personal shopping services.


Requirements:


Previous experience in a similar role as a Concierge, Personal Shopper, or in luxury retail is highly desirable.
Extensive knowledge of fashion, luxury brands, and current trends.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for fashion and style.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate and meet clients' needs.
Proficiency in using technology and software systems related to personal shopping and customer management.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client demands.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for clients.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
