For a starting brand in the toys industry I am looking for someone to do market research for me. I need good ads and ideas for social media. You will be doing competitor research and find winning ads with great hooks, good body and an even better call to action.

It is possible to grow in the business so I need someone that's open-minded as well and willing to learn.
