JOB OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate! With our recent achievement of full accreditation and expansion into new individual and corporate packages, we are seeking enthusiastic former Sales Representatives to explore career opportunities in enterprise education. This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation with significant growth potential within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a new range of individual and corporate training packages.
Engage with potential clients to demonstrate the benefits and value of our educational offerings.
Achieve sales targets to qualify for higher compensation tiers and promotion opportunities.
Initial Compensation:
Commission-only structure: Earn a 5% commission on all courses sold, with no cap on earnings.
Pathway to Promotion:
Sales Representative: Upon successfully selling 10 courses priced at $1,000 or more, transition to a Sales Representative role with a base salary of $1,500 per month, plus enhanced commission rates and bonuses.
5% commission for courses priced between $500 and $2,000.
10% commission for courses priced $2,000 or more.
Monthly bonuses up to $5,000 based on sales achievements.
Career Progression:
Sales Manager and Sales Director roles available based on performance.
Increased base salaries and team commissions.
Significant bonus opportunities based on team sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in admissions or sales is highly advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Motivated by career growth and meeting sales targets.
