About Our Company:
The Rhino Home Services is a leading provider in the home services industry, specializing in roofing, gutters systems, and exterior cleaning. We pride ourselves on delivering superior service and solutions to both residential and commercial properties. As we expand our marketing department, we are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our commercial outreach efforts, targeting hospitals, apartments, condos, shopping plazas and more!

Job Summary:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying potential commercial clients, initiating contact, and managing communications to generate business opportunities for our services. You will work closely with our sales team to prepare and send non-solicited bids, utilizing a range of tools and platforms to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research to identify potential clients in the Florida commercial sector.
- Gather and manage contact information for key decision-makers.
- Use provided scripts and email templates to reach out to potential clients, customizing communications to increase engagement.
- Follow up on initial contacts and manage ongoing communications.
- Prepare and submit detailed bids and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in our CRM system.
- Report weekly on outreach progress, including challenges and opportunities.
- Attend virtual meetings and training sessions as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar role, preferably with exposure to the home services or commercial property management sectors.
- Strong research skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and organization.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High-speed internet access and a suitable home office setup.
