Commercial Insurance Account Specialist / Customer Service Represenative

Commercial Insurance - assists in all aspects of servicing clientele base, which ranges from Contractors (Construction) and apartment Buildings to cyber-E & O coverages and every other class of business. We offer and write - BOP, GL, AUTO, WC, PROPERTY, E&O Insurance, etc.- all lines for a business to be insured.

Tasks will include payment tracking, various customer service issues, Evidence of Property and Liability insurance, Certificates of Insurance-Additional insureds endorsements, Ordering Loss runs, Completing Applications for new and renewing clients, obtaining required documents and information for the applications, Creating Proposals, and Setting up Summaries of coverages for the clients/Renewal marketing and various other tasks for the job.
