We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Collections Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting individuals or businesses with outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely debt resolution.

Responsibilities:

Contacting delinquent account holders to discuss outstanding debts and payment options.
Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements to facilitate debt resolution.
