Lion Ranks, a Dutch B2B Customer Acquisition agency, is seeking a specialized Cold Outreach/Appointment Setting professional. You are able to get our company booked appointments with Marketing Agencies that are willing to invest in Appointment Setting, and also get for those Marketing Agencies online marketing clients that are interested in: Google SEO/SEA, Websites, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Advertisement.

- Responsibilities
*Conduct daily cold messaging outreach to potential clients using provided channels.
*Deliver tangible results through effective communication and client engagement.
*Utilize Google Agenda Calendar for scheduling appointments and managing tasks.
*Implement basic sales communication strategies such as the K.I.S.S. (Keep It Short and Simple) approach.

- Requirements
*HAVE WORKED IN THE APPOINTMENT SETTING INDUSTRY. (Outreach mainly via Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Mail.
*English B1 proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English.
*Expertise in outreach without violations: Ability to avoid timeouts, bans, and policy violations.
*Familiarity with Google Agenda Calendar: Proficient in using scheduling tools.
*Basic sales communication knowledge: Understanding of effective communication strategies.

- Optional Requirements (Highly Preferred)
*Proficiency with bulking tools: Ability to use these tools effectively without violating policies.
*Independent lead list creation: Capability to generate lead lists autonomously.
*Client acquisition skills: Demonstrated ability to land potential clients effectively.
*Must be able to get a minimum 3% interest rate out of 300 business owners.
*Have multiple Instagram/Facebook accounts for outreaching ready.

Bonuses
Performance Bonuses: Earn bonuses based on successful client acquisitions.
Starting from 5 clients signed per month.

Hourly Salary
$4 to $6 per hour, depending on experience and expertise.
