Cold Outreach Specialist

Utrust Immigration Team is seeking proactive and results-driven individuals to join our team as Cold Callers. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, securing appointments, and achieving monthly targets. We are looking for candidates with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are an Immigration Company in Singapore (UTRUST IMMIGRATION PTE LTD) that helps foreigners who want to come to singapore to study, work, live and more.

our working hours are Monday-Friday. 9am to 6pm, singapore time +8 GMT

**Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for individual KPIs.
- Attend to calls/emails inquiries promptly.
- Perform call consultations and secure appointments with prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Engage and establish relationships with prospects from daily assigned pool of leads.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service during calls and texts with prospects.
- Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales calls and closing.
- Preferably with a background in financial services (banking or insurance) call centers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
