Cold Callers - Salary + Bonuses ($526 - $1,480 per month)

Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM EST/CST

We are a leading marketing agency in the janitorial and commercial cleaning industry, dedicated to helping our clients bring on new cleaning clients. Our mission is to ensure our clients continued growth of their commercial cleaning business. To support their growth, we're in search of motivated and dynamic cold callers. This role is centered on reaching out to potential clients to understand their needs and gauge their interest in our clients services, setting the stage for our clients sales team to take over.

Job Overview:

Please note, this role is focused on cold calling and is not a sales position. Your main task will be making cold calls to potential clients, aiming to identify their interest in our services and gather information, rather than closing sales. Your success will be in creating opportunities for our clients sales team by building initial connections.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our clients janitorial and commercial cleaning services.
Assess potential interest and collect information on their cleaning needs.
Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system.
Strive to meet or exceed monthly targets for calls made and interest generated.

Enhanced Bonus Structure: Earn an additional $7 for every 100 dials made each day after the first 200.

Monthly Achievement Bonuses:

6500 dials in a month earn an extra $100 bonus.
7500 dials in a month earn an extra $250 bonus.
8500 dials in a month earn an extra $500 bonus.


Potential to earn from $528-$1480 per month.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service or a similar role; experience in the cleaning industry is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage prospects over the phone.
Resilience and persistence, with a professional approach to handling rejection.
Organizational skills and proficiency in CRM software.
High level of self-motivation and discipline, with effective remote work capabilities.
