Cold Caller with Lead Generation Experience

We're seeking a motivated Lead Generation/Cold Caller VA to join our growing team. You'll be key to finding new prospects and expanding our business.

Job Details:
- Full-time (40 hrs/week)
- Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
- $5.00/hour

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads
- Generate leads through online sources and data tools
- Make cold calls to promote our products/services
- Track lead interactions in our CRM
- Participate in strategy meetings

Qualifications:
- Experience in lead generation and cold calling (B2B preferred)
- Great English communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Persistence and a results-focused mindset
