Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and consistent Cold Caller to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating cold calls and nurturing relationships with potential clients to generate new deals.

Responsibilities:
- Make high volume cold calls to potential leads daily
- Identify and qualify potential sellers
- Build and maintain relationships with sellers through effective communication.
- Provide information about our company's services
- Keep detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build good rapport with potential clients
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Working Hours and Compensation:
- Part-time position: 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.
- Hourly rate: $3 per hour
- Commission: 2.5% of the spread for each deal closed
