Are you a charismatic communicator with a passion for real estate? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Fullt-time Real Estate Cold Caller!
Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you'll be at the forefront of our lead generation efforts, identifying potential clients and initiating meaningful conversations. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective leads via phone calls, engaging them with our services, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential sellers of properties.
Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria.
Schedule appointments for our sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in cold calling or sales (real estate experience required).
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with real estate CRM software is a plus.
