As we embark on launching a new product, we are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to join and lead our growing team. This role offers substantial opportunities for professional growth and leadership within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and outbound sales efforts to generate leads and set appointments.
- Manage and execute cold email campaigns to potential clients.
- Set up, customize, and maintain our HubSpot CRM system from scratch, ensuring it aligns perfectly with our sales processes.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand and promote our new real estate products effectively.
- Act as the lead of the new product team, guiding the project towards success and growth.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound appointment setting, and cold emailing.
- Strong experience in setting up and managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in real estate is advantageous but not necessary.
