Cold Caller

We are hiring for talented and experience cold callers for our start-up real estate company. If you're dedicated to producing output and making a meaningful impact within a team of dedicated players, you're the one we want.

Responsibilities
Calling and Monitoring Leads:
Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
Keep track of lead status and progress through effective monitoring and documentation.

Empathize with Customers, Educate, and Close Deals:
Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and concerns through empathetic communication.
Educate clients on the surplus funds available to them and how our services can benefit them.
Utilize persuasive skills to guide clients through the decision-making process and successfully close deals.

Follow-Up on Leads:
Implement a structured follow-up process to maintain communication with leads.
Address any concerns or questions that arise during the follow-up to keep leads engaged and interested.

Handle CRM for Existing Leads:
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate information regarding existing leads.
Ensure that all interactions and progress with existing leads are properly recorded and documented.

Requirements:
-Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in cold calling, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
-Communication Skills: Ability to maintain a neutral speaking tone while effectively conveying information and building rapport with clients.
-Sales Ability: Proven track record of selling services and closing deals, with a keen understanding of the sales process.
