Cold Caller

We'd like to add 2 Virtual Assistants / Cold Callers to our Wholesaling Real Estate team that would eventually grow in their roles, compensation, and quality of work. Our company wholesales real estate mainly, but we are investors that buy properties all over Florida. We would like full time employees and will be offering additional compensation of $50 per appointment set. We will will increase wages based on quality of work over time. We provide leads for calling and direct scripts for you to find motivated sellers.

Direct responsibilities include:
- Familiarity with CRM and dialers (We will provide all systems for use)
- Cold Calling (Experience is a must but we will train you completely)
- Attending weekly meetings with Video (Will be paid for time but this is a REQUIREMENT)
-Will be eager to learn how to prospect clients and overcome objections
- Able to gather relevant information to a property and pass it along to an acquisition manager along with a callback time
-Willingness to learn how to negotiate deals and in time schedule appointments on their own
-EXPERIENCE COLD CALLING WHOLESALE REAL ESTATE LEADS
