Cold Caller

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cold Caller with a focus on calling homeowners who are potentially selling their houses to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in cold calling or sales, with a preference for experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners who may be interested in selling their houses
* Engage with homeowners professionally and persuasively to gather information about their property and their motivation to sell
* Build rapport with homeowners and establish trust to encourage open communication
* Educate homeowners about the selling process and the benefits of working with our company
* Qualify leads based on homeowners' readiness to sell and their property's suitability for our services
* Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified leads and discuss their selling needs further
* Maintain accurate records of calls, homeowner information, and appointment schedules in our CRM system
* Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in cold calling or sales, preferably in real estate
* Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Knowledge of the real estate industry and understanding of the selling process
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Proficiency in CRM software
