Job Description:

HYPR Service is seeking a dedicated and proficient Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to various CRMs.
• Guide clients through problem-solving steps to resolve issues promptly.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
• Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients.
• Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using different CRMs and familiarity with various technical tools for issue resolution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
