Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Success Manager with a background in human resources to join our
team. The Client Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by
building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing strategic guidance

Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their
business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored virtual assistance solutions that address their specific needs and
challenges.
• Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for
improvement.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive engagement through innovative solutions
and best practices.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including virtual assistants, to ensure seamless communication
and collaboration.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on human resource-related matters, leveraging your expertise in HR
to address their needs effectively.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track client success and identify opportunities for growth and
improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in virtual assistance and human resources to provide informed
recommendations and guidance to clients.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client success management.
• Strong understanding of human resource principles and practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations,
and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google suite, CRM software and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

• High-quality headset for clear communication
• Webcam for virtual meetings and collaboration
