JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client success Rep to join our dynamic team. As a manager, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, leading the team with client concerns and task executing, and management as a whole. Your role will be instrumental in driving the success of our service delivery team and ensuring the growth of our business.

Please Note: We are specifically looking for serious candidates who are committed to a long-term partnership with our company.

Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding
Check in calls with clients
Check in with team and motivating them
Finding new hires for the company with good fit
Reporting client concerns to service delivery team and enforcing problem solving
assigning tasks and making sure they are done with every due date for team
eyeball team through out day and make sure everyone is working good and is being pushed

We prefer:
Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
Fluent in English (Preferably ZERO to no accent)
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with prospects
