Job Description:
Firmos is searching for a Client Success Manager with a knack for building solid client relationships and ensuring the delivering value to our clients. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients, expertly managing onboarding, communications, and customizing client materials to drive satisfaction from or clients. This is a great chance for those eager to make a real impact in the accounting industry through exceptional client service and account management strategies.

Desired Outcomes & Goals of the Role: 90-day goals:
- Take charge of all client communications and account management.
- Manage onboarding document workflows.
- Make sure to chat with our clients every week to keep things running smoothly.
- Customize materials for each client.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Client Relations: Great in client relationship management.
- Project Management: Efficient in project and pipeline management.
- Customization Skills: Proficient in customizing client materials.
- Software Proficiency: Can navigate tools such as Airtable, ClickUp, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills for daily content management.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
