About This Opportunity
In this specific opportunity, we're hiring a Client Success Analyst to support a fast-growing restaurant software company.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the client’s end-to-end quarterly client review process in which you will prepare, package, and ship performance reports for clients on a quarterly basis. You will be responsible for providing inferences and commentary on the client’s results. Presentations are put together using Tableau and Powerpoint.

In addition, you will work closely with the Client Success Manager(s) to support client relations. This includes triaging and responding to client inquiries, ensuring timely deliverables of client requests, supporting other aspects of the client experience.

As a Client Success Analyst in this role, your responsibilities will include:
It should be expected that your responsibilities will grow and expand over time

- End-to-end project management of the quarterly client review process
- Effectively communicate the ongoing status of quarterly reviews to all stakeholders
- Prepare quarterly presentations for client using Tableau and Powerpoint; Tableau dashboards are pre-built and presentations are templated
- Produce thoughtful analytical inferences and include on appropriate slides in each presentation
- Triage and respond to customer inquiries via email; strong written communication is required
- Adjust client account settings via the company’s internal dashboard, as requested
- Support Client Success Manager(s) with ad hoc activities related to client experience
- Proficient in Gmail and Google Drive (G-Suite)
- Building and maintaining relationships with the client's team
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and discretion

Qualifications:
- Highly ethical
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Gmail and Google Drive (G-Suite)
- Experience with responding to customer inquiries via email is required
- Experience in business analytics is a plus
- Experience with Powerpoint
- Experience with Project Management

What is required to be successful as a Client Success Analyst?

- Must provide own device for training and development
- Minimum RAM: 8GB, 16GB recommended
- Laptop: 8th gen Core i5 or better/AMD Ryzen series
- Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above/10th gen Core i3 or higher
- Mac: 2017 Core i5 or higher/2016 Core i7 or higher (Core i3 not recommended)
- Must have suitable work-from-home space in Philippines
- 10 Mbps minimum internet connection
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Willing to work full-time (40 hrs/week) during client working hours (US-based client; evening/night in Philippines)
- Experience with Google Suite and productivity/project management tools
- Experience with remote/virtual work preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and ability to take initiative.
