JOB OVERVIEW

As a Client Relations and Multimedia Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, coordinating multimedia projects, executing marketing initiatives, and analyzing data to drive strategic decisions. Your responsibilities span across various domains including account management, video production coordination, administrative duties, content creation, social media management, and data analysis & reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
Brand: Affinity Motions, The Good Home

I. Account Management
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media planning, and production, to develop strategic solutions that meet client objectives.

Manage the end-to-end execution of media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client revenue and growth.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all client interactions and campaign executions.

II. Video Production Coordination
Crafting scripts and storyboard for video content

Engaging with clients for invoicing, quotations, feedback collection, and editing schedule coordination

Organising shoot dates by liaising with videographers


III. Administrative Duties:
Manage our system, including data entry, tracking leads, and creating reports.

Maintaining an updated TeamUp calendar for appointments and deadlines

Documenting live events or processes as needed

Marketing:
I. Content Creation:
Research, write and edit high-quality blog posts, articles, and other types of content to provide value to the audience and drive traffic to the website.

II. Social Media Management:
Manage social media channels, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding promptly to inquiries and comments.

Monitor social media conversations, trends, and competitors' activities, and proactively identify and capitalize on relevant opportunities, such as influencer partnerships, user-generated content, and trending hashtags.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze social media and email marketing traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
