Requirements:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Must have a great internet connection and fluent in English (Easy to understand).
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
- Maintain an open line of communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Onboard new clients and manage their specific products and services.
Daily Tasks:
- Check and respond to
- Keep DialPad and Zoom open for client and coworker communications.
- Schedule client meetings with awareness of both your and your coworkers' schedules.
Account Management:
- Familiarize yourself with each client's products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Web, Socials) to ensure progress.
- Collect client approvals and necessary information.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with other account managers and internal teams for client success.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in special projects as assigned by the CMO.
Reporting:
- The Account Manager reports directly to the CMO, Craig Wallace.
