JOB OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES:

At Scout you will collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our users. Your role will involve providing continuous client service support and working alongside our tech team to resolve any issues that arise. If you have a passion for marketing automation and enjoy helping customers achieve success, this is the perfect role for you! Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with the sales team to facilitate smooth user onboarding.
- Offering ongoing client service support to address user needs and inquiries.
- Collaborating with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Ensuring a positive and efficient user experience throughout the onboarding process.
- Acting as a liaison between users and internal teams to improve our services.
- Creating and maintaining documentation in our Help Center.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable client service in the SaaS industry
- Ability to communicate via Google Meet, Zoom, and Email
- Ability to create short informational posts, videos, and screen recordings to provide platform support at scale
- Strong interest in marketing automation
- Excellent communication via video-call
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to client success
- Ability to function independently and problem-solve
