Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client leads throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial contact to conversion and retention. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate clients using instagram, linkedin and other social media platforms
- Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming client leads, inquiries, and requests.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the appropriate course of action.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
- Provide timely and personalized follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track lead management effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform lead management strategies.
