Client Case Officer - Recruitment OFW

This role has end-to-end responsibility for working with licensed agencies in Manila to fill roles for clients (mostly in Australia).

Working directly with our clients and with licensed DMW/POEA agencies, you will
- identify client requirements for specific positions they need to fill
- find suitable candidates from DMW agencies (we do NOT recruit directly, only via POEA agencies)
- screen and shortlist candidates based on their suitability for the roles and willingness to work in country
- present client with shortlisted candidates
- facilitate Skype/Zoom interviews with clients
- pre-screen basic documents for applicants
- prepare file for handover to visa processing team

About you
- you have a good history and experience in DMW recruiting
- you are confident in handling direct communication with foreign clients, including phone calls
- you are a good 'all rounder' who can accomplish any task assigned to you, learning as you go if needed
- you are self-sufficient and can solve most problems for yourself

This position is for immediate hiring, full time WFH.
You are expected to have your own computer, headset, and broadband connection.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and background.
