Client care today is not just simply a matter of preferences of the client but is heavily influenced through social and cultural factors and environment. The client care specialist we are looking for must not only be fluent in written and spoken English but must be able to have spontaneous conversations regarding both the purpose of the call as well as being able to follow when the unexpected happens. (and it will happen more often than not). In addition to that they must be able to have the innate ability to both read the client's mood and preferences but must be able to pivot the conversation at any Upgrade to see actual infont to find the solutions the client does not even know they need.

This will be someone with many years experience helping set things right for clients while seamlessly guiding them to the end result which will add value to their business. The right candidate will also be well versed in the following:
*Computer savvy with a skill set to use many screens/pages at once while still remaining aware of the Helpdesk screen and phones for our client care.
*Able to Pivot often and reprioritize throughout the day
*Communicative in English on multiple platforms
*Thorough and has a great eye for detail while maintaining sense of urgency in all things
*Utilize and maintain client data regularly in a CRM
*Turn feedback into action and self-improvement

The right candidate will also have Client Care experience and knows how to uncover the needs a client does not even know they have. If you do not understand what that means this is not the job for you. If that made all the sense in the world, We want you to grow this team and ensure all our clients are taken care of!

You will need to have your own computer and a headset with a mic to be used while working from home all day. Additionally, you will need to have a fast internet connection and the ability to multitask, utilizing multiple platforms at the same time.

**This job requires Strong verbal and written English skills and the ability to be self lead and stay busy at all times. If you have to rely on scripts, translation software or the like, this job is not for you and will not work out. We do not wish to waste anyone's time and this is a high requirement and sticking point. Your speaking and understanding of the English language must be to the point of understanding slang, idioms and figures of speech to keep up in an organic fluid conversation. This includes mastery of your accent with little to display that English is not your first language.
