JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring fair and timely resolution of claims while upholding company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, the Claims Representative will serve as the CEO's Assistant. We are specifically looking for a male candidate who possesses strong skills in claims management and is capable of handling executive-level responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Claims Processing: Receive, review, and process claims submitted by customers or clients. Verify claim information, including policy details, coverage limits, and claimant eligibility.
• Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims. Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and collaborate with other departments or external parties as needed.
• Evaluation: Assess the extent of damages or losses claimed and determine the appropriate compensation or benefits. Use judgment and analytical skills to make fair and accurate claim decisions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of claim activities, correspondence, and decisions. Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Communication: Communicate with claimants, policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates, request additional information, and explain claim decisions. Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives. Work to reach mutually acceptable agreements while considering company guidelines and industry standards.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends. Ensure claims processes adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process. Address customer concerns, answer questions, and strive to exceed expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve claims handling processes, accuracy, and efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in claims processing or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
