Chief of Staff/Project Manager, For The Head of Operations

We’re looking for a savvy, relentless, hungry, trustworthy person to join our team. This person will be working directly with our Head of Operations to rapidly accelerate the expansion and growth of our new businesses as well as manage the processes/team development. This person will also be helping with all things research, logistics, and analysis to ensure things get executed.

It’s an incredible opportunity for someone with a lot of growth and opportunity for bonuses, but it will require a very large amount of attention, communication, and hustle, day-in and day-out.

Responsibilities
- Market research, sometimes more complex or with modern concepts (AI, Blockchain, Web3, Economy)
- Structured analysis - presenting options, recommendations, and supporting logic
- Project planning - detailed project management plans and GANTT charts
- Finding and implementing technology stack, including project management, communication, and otherwise
- Managing team progress, without misfires
- Deliverable creation
- Hiring
- Scheduling
- Miscellaneous tasks

Requirements
- Material knowledge of Web3, AI, and other modern concepts
- Skill creating highly polished, well-designed documents and deliverables
- Heavily analytical mindset
- Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail
- Upbeat tempo (must be comfortable with every day speed)
- Ability to overcommunicate with clarify
- Large self-motivation to learn and expand
- Must be able to work on PST Schedule - 11 am - 5 pm PST
- Weekend-comfortable (must be able to work on the weekend when needed; usually we try to avoid but during a sprint may be needed)


Compensation will start at $1000/month with quarterly bonuses and with opportunity to grow and expand your role.
