As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate customer support via chat. You will answer customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve products and services
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Sell virtual products
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus
- Bilingualism is a plus
Compensation:
- $2/h plus 2% in the first 6 months - payout 2 times a month
