We are hiring again!

Do you have excellent English typing skills? Are you someone who is trustworthy, independent, detail oriented and takes pride in their work?

We value honesty, reliability and we are looking for a Chat Specialist who will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our product. The role will include:
- Using our computer live chat system to qualify customers
- Analyzing application data for accuracy
- Following laid-out processes
- Reading in-between the lines of text conversations to pick up on little details

Required:
Schedule: Shifts will be 8.5 hours with a 30 minute lunch. 5 Days a week.
Must have open availability from: 5:00AM (PST) - 10:00PM (PST)
Training: 3 weeks of intense paid full time training (training schedule may vary from post training schedule).
We may start new employees as a part time worker with the goal of becoming full time.
Must have a computer monitor, not just a laptop.

Requirements:
- Excellent English (test score of a C2 Advanced/Mastery with a screenshot).
- IQ test completed (test score of 9+ out of 10 with a screenshot).
- Fast typer with high accuracy.
- Accuracy of details is a must and will be monitored.
- Computer savvy.
- Experience as a chat specialist or using a chatting platform (asset).
- Experience using SalesForce, Zoom and Slack (asset).
- Understands vehicle types and brands (asset).
- Fast internet access.
- Must provide a National Police Clearance
