The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Career Coach & CV Writer to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in guiding clients through career transitions, offering expert advice, and crafting high-quality, bespoke resumes that highlight their skills and achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess clients’ career needs and develop effective strategies to achieve their goals.
Write, edit, and revamp CVs/resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles using industry-specific knowledge.
Facilitate workshops and webinars on career development topics such as interview techniques, networking skills, and job search strategies.
Stay updated with market trends to offer current and relevant advice.
Maintain meticulous records of client progress and outcomes.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing support and motivation.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Career Coach, CV Writer, or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of various industries and job market trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field; a certification in Career Coaching or Resume Writing is highly desirable.
Proficient with digital technology for remote coaching (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
