CapCut/Tik tok editor and social media content creator needed who has knowledge of After effects

I am looking for someone who has EXCELLENT ENGLISH, marketing skills and can edit travel videos and vlogs using CapCut for platforms such as Tik tok and Instagram. It si desirable if you know how to use scheduling platforms such as Planoly/Plann and have After effects knowledge.
