Candidate Resourcer

We are currently seeking an experienced Candidate Resourcer with a background in Australian Recruitment agency environments to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent to meet the recruitment needs of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the success of our dynamic agency.

Key Responsibilities:
•Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
•Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
•Build and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure a steady stream of high-quality talent for current and future opportunities.
•Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and tailor candidate searches accordingly.
•Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and coordinating offers.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and interactions.

Qualifications:
•Previous experience as a Candidate Resourcer is essential.
•Strong sourcing skills and the ability to effectively identify and engage passive candidates.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
•Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, with experience working with ATS platforms preferred.
•Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
•Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations would be advantageous.
