The Role:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Campaign and Data Executive to join our team. This role is central to the development and execution phases of our marketing campaigns, requiring a blend of analytical skill and understanding the specific requirements of each business.
Key Responsibilities:
? Data Management:
? Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements related to targetpersonas.
? Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator with expertise to identify leads that precisely meet client needs.
? Ensure the highest standards of data quality, prioritising accuracy and consistency.
? Continuously improve data management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Campaign Management:
? Manage marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
? Conduct regular evaluations to ensure campaigns are supported by sufficient data, are operational, and all communications
are executed flawlessly.
? Monitor campaign performance closely, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.
? Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on campaign progress and results.
Key Requirements:
? Experience in data management and/or marketing campaign management.
? Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.
? Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
? Strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights for campaign improvement.
? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
